Together with our chefs we present a fish menu with mainly local catch, certified by the fish market of Fiumicino. Maximum attention is given to the choice of all the raw materials selected with care and with genuine desire to discover and enhance new flavors. We also prefer zero-kilometre products.

In the absence of fresh product dishes with sign * could be deep frozen either originally or frozen by us (abbattitore termica) termal blast chiller.
Our raw products have been treated to an advance transfer (ask staff member)^
Allergens: the client is requested to inform a staff member if food can be consumed without certain substances before ordering.
During the preparation in the kitchen we cannot exclude cross contamination.
Nevertheless, our dishes could contain the following allergenes according to Reg.
